Polly Rusyn | England
Polly Rusyn is a London-based professional freelance photographer who up until 2015 worked for over a decade within the travel industry. Having also prior to that been a graphic designer, she is drawn to strong compositions in her street photography and seeks out bold colour, strong shadows and geometry. Polly’s work has been exhibited and published internationally (including in National Geographic Traveller), she was a finalist at the Miami Street Photography Festival 2018 and had a photograph used as part of the launch campaign for the Sony World Photography Awards 2019. In January of 2019 she created The Photo Weekender - a company running small group street photography tours in Europe.
Polly Rusyn est une photographe indépendante basée à Londres qui, jusqu'en 2015, a travaillé pendant plus de 10 ans dans l'industrie du voyage. Auparavant, elle exerçait en tant que graphiste. Polly est attirée dans sa photographie de rue par des compositions fortes. Elle recherche les couleurs vives, les ombres marquées et la géométrie. Le travail de Polly a été exposé et publié à l'échelle internationale (y compris dans National Geographic Traveler). Elle a été finaliste au Miami Street Photography Festival 2018 et une des ses photos a été dans le cadre de la campagne de lancement des Sony World Photography Awards 2019.
